Role Description This is a part-time, remote Software Engineer role focused on building and maintaining scalable automation and AI-driven systems that support client growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, implementing, and testing back-end services and APIs; integrating data sources and third-party tools; and contributing to the architecture of automation workflows.

The Software

Engineer will collaborate with consultants and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions,



review and refactor existing codebases, and ensure reliability, performance, and security of deployed systems. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting system components, and supporting the evolution of internal incubated products.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and Software Development practices.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building maintainable, modular systems.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript) and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying production-ready services is beneficial.
- Ability to translate business and automation requirements into technical designs, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setting and collaborating asynchronously with cross-functional teammates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
