About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer/C Programming Engineer with 6 to 10 years of expertise in developing high-performance Windows-based applications using C , VC , and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, Windows application development, multithreading, memory management, and software design principles. This role involves designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust desktop applications while ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C and VC .
- Develop and optimize applications using Microsoft Visual Studio development setting.
- Build and maintain applications using MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes).
- Implement solutions leveraging Win32 APIs for system-level and Windows-based functionalities.
- Design and develop software using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Utilize Templates, STL containers, and generic programming techniques to build maintainable and efficient solutions.
- Apply RAII (Resource Acquisition Is Initialization) concepts and Smart Pointers to ensure protected resource management.
- Design and implement multithreaded applications using mutexes, atomic operations, and condition variables.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage memory effectively, including heap and stack allocation, object lifecycle management, and leak prevention.
- Debug complex software issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production defects.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in C software development.
- Strong proficiency in VC (Microsoft Visual C ) for enterprise-grade application development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and related development tools.
- Solid knowledge and experience with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes).
- Hands-on expertise in Win32 APIs for Windows application development and system programming.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Experience working with C Templates and Standard Template Library (STL).
- In-depth knowledge of RAII principles and Smart Pointer implementations for effective resource management.
- Strong experience with multithreading and synchronization mechanisms including mutexes, atomics, and condition variables.
- Expertise in memory management concepts including heap and stack allocation, object lifetime management, memory leak detection, and debugging.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.




- Experience working with source control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
