Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.

- Design MongoDB collections, indexes, queries, and aggregation logic.

- Integrate application services with relational and NoSQL data stores.

- Support code reviews, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.

Skills Required:

- 6 to 12 years of relevant backend development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot development.

- Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and MongoDB data modeling.

- Experience building scalable services with SQL and NoSQL integration.

- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and unit/integration testing practices.

Positive to Have

- Kafka, Redis, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and observability tools.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
