About the Role

Neuvoke Technologies is looking for a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our team for a 3-month remote internship. You'll work on real projects alongside experienced engineers, contribute to production code, and get hands-on exposure to how up-to-date software and AI-driven solutions are built and shipped — all from wherever you are in India.

What You'll Do

- Assist in designing, developing, and testing software features under the guidance of senior engineers.

Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

•

Help debug issues, fix bugs, and improve existing functionality.

•

Contribute to documentation and internal tooling.

•

Collaborate with the team on planning, standups, and sprint activities.

•

Learn and apply best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.

What Neuvoke Looking For

- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

•

Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures.

•

Familiarity with at least one language such as Python or JavaScript (others welcome).

•

Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

•

Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to take feedback well.

•

Good communication skills in English.

•

Reliable internet connection and a laptop suitable for development work.

•





Comfortable working remotely and communicating async (Slack/Meet/email).

Nice to Have

- Personal, academic, or open-source projects you can show us.

Exposure to web development, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms.

•

Interest in AI/ML tools and technologies.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development, such as RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Competence in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in building modular, reusable code.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic software testing practices is beneficial.
- Interest in analytics and AI-driven products; exposure to machine learning or data engineering is a plus.
