About The Role We are seeking an experienced Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team at TCS. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial crime compliance tools, particularly Actimize applications, and have a proven track record in AML, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance domains.
This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and implement effective solutions to enhance their financial crime prevention frameworks. The SME will be responsible for providing technical guidance, supporting the development of regression testing strategies, and ensuring seamless integration of Actimize modules within client environments.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A skilled certification such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) is highly desirable.
Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience working with Actimize applications in AML, fraud detection,
or compliance environments. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction and requirement gathering. Technical expertise should include hands-on experience with Actimize modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM.
Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer, and AIS is also required. A solid understanding of financial crime regulations, including BSA, AML, and OFAC, is necessary to ensure compliance and effective solution design.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Actimize platform.
- Deep dive into end-to-end workflows of Actimize applications across AML, fraud detection, and compliance domains.
- Provide subject matter expertise on key modules such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Risk Case Manager (RCM), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Watch List Filtering (WLF), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Integrated Fraud Management (IFM).
- Design, develop, and optimize regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flows across upstream and downstream systems.
- Support the implementation and integration of Actimize modules,
ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Actimize applications and workflows.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in financial crime compliance and Actimize platform enhancements.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to foster continuous improvement.
