Whats your new role about?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend development, cloud-native applications, database design, and modern software engineering practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications to support business requirements.
- Design, write, and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to ensure performance and reliability.
- Build, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Storage Accounts, and Service Bus.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.




- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior team members to promote engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and production issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, story estimation, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and adopting contemporary technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
- Provide technical leadership and ownership for assigned projects and deliverables.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and operational procedures.
- Support production releases, system monitoring, and post-deployment activities.
