About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team responsible for VeriTouch, our flagship solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This leadership role involves overseeing the technical direction, development processes, and team management to deliver a scalable, high-quality product.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing engineering environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business stakeholders, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet strategic business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to shaping the technical roadmap, implementing best practices, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of hands-on experience with the .NET platform, C#,



and Microsoft Dynamics 365, coupled with extensive knowledge of the Power Platform, including Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies. A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience leading technical teams is essential.

You should have a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and delivering innovative solutions. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are critical. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications, with familiarity in Plug-ins, SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Customer Insights, Co-pilot, and Agent technologies.

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage cross-functional software development teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality engineers, to ensure timely and quality delivery of products aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established processes, standards, and best practices.
- Plan and prioritize backlogs, sprints, and tasks, managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding architecture, design, and coding standards, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members through regular performance evaluations, coaching, and career development initiatives.




- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define high-level designs, technical roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, evaluating their potential integration into our solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of the VeriTouch platform through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication of technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps across technical and non-technical audiences.
