Maintics Automation & Robotics LLP is a Gurugram-based industrial automation firm. Alongside our control panel and PLC work, we build the software that plants run on: production traceability systems that record every part as it is made, and a SCADA platform that puts live shop-floor data in front of operators and management.

This is our software team's next hire, and the work is real product work not tickets. You will build features that end up running in a factory, where somebody depends on the number on the screen being right.

We build with AI in the loop, deliberately. Our developers use AI coding tools every day and we expect you to be fast with them. We also expect you to read, question and test everything they produce. If you enjoy working that way moving quickly but staying responsible for the code with your name on it you will like it here.

What you will do

Build and maintain the traceability and SCADA web application: Django REST APIs, PostgreSQL data models, React screens for operators and management.

Build dashboards, production reports, traceability lookups and exports that people use in real audits.

Take a feature from a rough description on a call to something running at a customer's plant, including being the person who fixes it when it breaks during a night shift.

Deploy and maintain with Docker,



keep environments, backups and versions in order.

Write things down schema notes, API docs, how to bring the system up from nothing.

Visit a customer plant occasionally so you can see the machine your software is counting.

What you must bring

1–2 years writing production code that real users depended on. Personal projects count only if somebody other than you used them.

Python and Django — or another server framework you can defend in detail — and REST API design.

React with contemporary JavaScript or TypeScript.

Real SQL on PostgreSQL or MySQL: joins, indexes, and the ability to explain why a query is slow.

Git as a habit, comfort on Linux, and enough Docker to run and debug a container.

Genuine fluency with AI coding tools — and the honesty to tell us where they got things wrong. We will ask, and a good answer counts in your favour.

The ability to read code you did not write and explain what it does. This is the single skill we screen hardest for.

Work from our Gurugram office, with occasional visits to customer sites.

B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA or equivalent. If you are self-taught and your work speaks for itself, apply anyway — show us what you have built.
