As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive improvements to our e-commerce platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to the e-commerce platform.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful implementation. of e-commerce solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of the e-commerce platform.
- Develop test plans and perform thorough testing of recent features and enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for e-commerce issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and Magento development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, with a focus on Magento platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, features, and functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
