Role & responsibilities:

1. Gelatin Section

- Operate gelatin preparation and melting equipment as per SOP/BMR.
- Monitor temperature, viscosity and other critical process parameters.
- Ensure proper gelatin preparation, transfer and storage.
- Perform equipment cleaning and changeover activities.

2. Medicament / Fill Preparation Section

- Perform dispensing and preparation of medicament/fill material as per BMR.
- Operate and monitor mixing/homogenization equipment.
- Maintain required process parameters and ensure uniformity of the fill material.
- Complete batch documentation and follow GMP requirements.

3. Encapsulation Section

- Operate and monitor Softgel encapsulation machines.
- Monitor fill weight, shell thickness, machine speed, temperature and other process parameters.
- Ensure proper encapsulation, quality and yield.
- Carry out machine cleaning, changeover and line clearance as per SOP.




- Report breakdowns, deviations and process abnormalities.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety and data-integrity requirements.
- Maintain BMR, logbooks, checklists and other production records.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse for smooth batch execution.
- Achieve production targets while minimizing material loss and downtime.

Preferred candidate profile:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc /B.Pharm/ M.Pharma or relevant qualification.
- 17 years experience in Pharmaceutical / OSD / Softgel manufacturing.
- Experience in Gelatin, Medicament/Fill Preparation or Encapsulation preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
