Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and impactful Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. This role is vital in preparing learners for interviews, workplace success, and overall personality development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Develop and deliver training modules on topics such as time management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Assess learners’ performance through activities, role plays, group discussions, and feedback sessions.
- Customize training programs based on organizational or student requirements.
- Mentor and guide learners to build confidence, improve public speaking, and enhance overall qualified behaviour.




- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative training methodologies.
- Support students in improving interview skills, workplace etiquette, and corporate communication.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field is required
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply
- Prior training, teaching, anchoring, debating, or public speaking experience will be an added advantage
