Role Overview

Deliver engaging training sessions to enhance communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and workplace readiness among youth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, and interview preparation.

- Use digital tools (MS Office, Canva, Trello, Google Meet, etc.) for interactive learning.

- Track student progress, prepare reports, and ensure active participation.

- Support institutional programs and community sessions as required.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in training/facilitation.

- Robust communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in English & Hindi
