Role & responsibilities

- Lead and implement community-based social work and development programs.

- Conduct detailed case assessments, home visits, needs assessments, and risk assessments.

- Provide counselling, psychosocial support, crisis intervention, and appropriate referrals.

- Develop and implement individual care and rehabilitation plans for beneficiaries.

- Work closely with children, women, families, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.

- Identify vulnerable individuals and connect them with appropriate government schemes, welfare services, healthcare, education, and rehabilitation programs.

- Conduct community mobilization, awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach activities.

- Build solid relationships with communities, beneficiaries, local authorities, NGOs and stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate case records, beneficiary databases, reports, documentation, and follow-up records.





- Monitor beneficiary progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

- Handle sensitive and complex cases with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.

- Support program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

- Train and mentor junior social workers, community workers, volunteers, and field staff.

- Prepare regular MIS reports, field reports, and program documentation.

- Participate in meetings with government departments, donors, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and ethical social-work practices.

- Take leadership in resolving field-level challenges and ensuring timely delivery of services.
