What You’ll Do

Source active & passive candidates through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X & other platforms

Build and manage strong candidate pipelines

Create engaging job posts & recruitment content

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with the recruitment team

Drive social media sourcing campaigns & sponsored hiring posts

Support employer branding through employee stories and workplace content

Explore innovative sourcing channels and techniques





Track sourcing performance and maintain recruitment updates

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in Recruitment / Social Media Sourcing

Robust communication & networking skills

Excellent understanding of social media platforms

Hands-on experience with ATS & social analytics tools

Creative, proactive & target-oriented mindset

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
