Social Media & Reels Intern – Grain & Grove

Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

About the Role

Grain & Grove is a growing food brand, and we're looking for a Social Media & Reels Intern to help build our social media presence from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role focused mainly on Instagram Reels, content creation, trend research and social media growth.

You won't just be editing videos. We want someone who understands what makes content interesting, follows trends and can bring current ideas to the brand.

What You'll Do

- Find trending Reels, sounds, hooks, formats and content ideas.
- Edit short-form videos using Instagram Edits, CapCut, VN or similar mobile apps.
- Manage Instagram content and uploads.
- Create basic captions, hooks and CTAs.
- Research content trends relevant to food, farming, health and lifestyle.
- Monitor Instagram analytics and understand what content performs well.
- Experiment with different content formats to increase reach and followers.
- Help turn Instagram traffic into website visits and sales.
- Occasionally assist with basic website content updates.
- Bring new ideas and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.





What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels.
- Good mobile video-editing skills.
- Naturally follows social media trends.
- Creative and willing to experiment.
- Good understanding of hooks, storytelling and engaging short-form content.
- Own smartphone and laptop required.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or website editing is a plus.
- Previous professional experience is not mandatory — your actual Instagram and Reels skills matter more.

Work Setup
- Work From Home / Remote
- Preference for candidates based in Delhi / Delhi NCR
- One in-person meeting every Saturday or Sunday in Delhi/NCR.
- During the weekly meeting, we'll review the previous week's performance and decide the content and growth strategy for the upcoming week.
- The rest of the work will be completed remotely.

Ideal Candidate Someone who genuinely understands Instagram and follows what's happening on the platform.
