Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for managing and growing Preet Tech’s and clients’ social media presence across various platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling engaging content, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader digital marketing and business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging.



Daily tasks include audience research, community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. The role also includes preparing regular performance reports and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing engaging posts, visuals, and campaign concepts.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a similar role within an IT or digital agency environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
