As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, monitor social media interactions, and analyze performance metrics to enhance our online presence.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize social media presence across various platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

- Analyze and optimize social media efforts based on key performance metrics such as likes, views, engagement rates, and ad performance.

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Schedule and publish content on social media platforms using tools like Loomly.

- Upload and manage video content on YouTube channels.

- Monitor and manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

- Track likes, comments, tags, and ad performance metrics,



ensuring timely optimization.

- Respond to comments and interact with the audience to foster a positive online community.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, advertising algorithms, and best practices to improve performance.

Skills:

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and analyzing social media and ad performance.

- Experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting data.

- Proficiency in MIS Excel.

- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
