: Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business profiles.
- Create, write, design, schedule, and publish engaging and professional content.
- Develop educational and industry-relevant content around medical billing, coding, credentialing, practice profitability, collections, and healthcare/dental practice operations.
- Research healthcare and dental audiences, industry trends, relevant topics, keywords, hashtags, and professional communities.
- Build and grow a relevant LinkedIn network through targeted connections and meaningful engagement.
- Support Google visibility and basic SEO through optimized content, keywords, images, and regular updates.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, reach, and other basic performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, networking, referrals, and potential leads.
- Repurpose existing company information, presentations, testimonials, and expertise into social media content.
- Maintain a consistent, credible, and professional brand voice.
- Work independently, bring new ideas,



and manage the social media function with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with LinkedIn, preferably in a B2B/professional-services environment.
- Good knowledge of Facebook and Google Business Profile.
- Excellent English writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Strong content creation skills, including Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, hashtags, social media analytics, and online visibility.
- Strong research and audience-targeting skills.
- Ability to independently develop content ideas and execute a social media plan.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, medical billing, insurance, or professional services is a plus.
- A degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
