Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support URCUP’s online presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing engaging posts, assisting with campaign planning, monitoring social media performance, responding to comments and messages, and gathering content from the kitchen and in-store activities to showcase the brand’s fresh, handmade offerings. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and help execute digital marketing initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi,



requiring regular coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for interacting with customers online and coordinating with internal teams.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media metrics to track performance and optimize content.
- Interest in food, hospitality, or consumer brands, with creativity in visual and written storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
