Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support day-to-day social media initiatives for Thematic Industries and its brands, including content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. This part-time hybrid role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities include assisting with campaign execution, monitoring social media channels, engaging with online communities, and gathering content assets (images, short videos, captions). The intern will help track basic performance metrics, conduct research on trends and competitor activity,



and coordinate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency. The role offers hands-on experience in social media marketing, exposure to brand-building strategies, and opportunities to contribute creative ideas to ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for supporting online brand presence and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to plan, design, and publish engaging posts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to write clear captions, interact with online communities, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current content trends.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with guidance.
- Interest in brand-building, creativity in visual and written storytelling, and openness to learning new tools (e.g., Canva or similar design tools, scheduling platforms).
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
