Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content calendars, creating posts and stories, monitoring social media channels, and contributing ideas for campaigns and community-building initiatives. The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and trend research, and collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode,



requiring regular coordination with team members and participation in internal brainstorming and review sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of major platforms and basic analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including the ability to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative working style.
- Basic knowledge of branding principles and an interest in creative strategy and campaign development.
- Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced, in office agency environment.
