About the role

We're looking for a creative who lives and breathes Instagram — someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping Reels and short videos that people actually want to watch and share. This is a hands-on, make-things role focused on building a fun, engaging, B2C-style presence.

It's a 3-month internship to start. If we love your work, it converts into a full time position.

What you'll do

- Concept, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos from start to finish
- Jump on trends — audio, formats, memes — and make them work for our brand
- Build a content calendar and post consistently to grow reach and engagement
- Write punchy hooks and captions that get people to stop, watch, and follow
- Experiment fast: test ideas, read what's working, and double down on it
- Bring your own creative point of view — we want fresh ideas, not just execution

What we're looking for





- A genuine creator at heart — you make videos because you enjoy it
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and what makes a Reel pop
- Comfortable on both sides of the camera (a plus, not a must)
- Skilled with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar
- Tuned into Instagram culture, trends, and what's blowing up right now
- Self-driven, fast, and happy to own ideas end-to-end

Bonus points

- A personal Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok account that shows off your style
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) for thumbnails and graphics
- Any experience growing a real audience, even your own

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
