Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across Ekam Studios’ social media channels. This full-time role is in office in Gurugram, where the intern will work closely with the marketing and content teams to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist in campaign execution. Day-to-day tasks include drafting social media copy, selecting visuals, helping with short-form video content, tracking basic performance metrics, and researching trends relevant to young audiences in India.





The intern will also contribute ideas for new series or campaigns, engage with online communities through comments and messages, and support coordination with other digital marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of major platforms and basic analytics.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including drafting posts, selecting visuals, and adapting content for different channels.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate with a team.
- Interest in youth-focused content and trends in India, with creativity and a proactive approach to suggesting new concepts.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
