Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, including drafting, scheduling, and publishing posts that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals. Daily tasks include creating engaging visual and written content, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages under guidance, and tracking basic performance metrics.

The intern will support broader digital marketing activities, such as collaborating on promotional initiatives, conducting competitor and trend research,



and preparing simple reports on engagement and reach. This role involves close coordination with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and effective online presence.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles to support brand visibility and engagement.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop appealing posts and campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and their best practices.
- Interest in the Derma and Pharmaceutical sectors and willingness to learn industry-specific concepts.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., MS Office, Canva or similar design tools) is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
