Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
- Manage and update customer data in CRM tools
- Coordinate campaign workflows and ensure timely execution
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Support A/B testing and optimization of campaigns
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Who You Are
- Robust communication skills, especially in written English
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools
- Basic understanding of marketing or customer engagement is a plus
What Youll Learn
- End-to-end CRM campaign execution
