About the Company

Digital Matrix Innovations is a marketing agency based in Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. We work with multiple brands across social media, digital marketing, branding, advertising, and content creation.

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Marketing Intern who can assist in planning, creating, managing, and growing social media content for multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and assist with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Research current trends, competitors, viral formats, hooks, and content ideas.
- Write captions, post copy, hashtags, reel ideas, and basic scripts.
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Assist with content shoots and campaign planning when required.
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers, and other key social media metrics.
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Working knowledge of Canva for basic social media creatives.




- Basic understanding of CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools.
- Good understanding of reels, hooks, captions, hashtags, content trends, and audience engagement.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, ideation, and content assistance.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Robust creativity, organisation, and attention to detail.

Experience Candidates should have approximately 8–12 months of practical social media experience through previous internships, employment, freelance work, client projects, or personal brand/page management.

Candidates who have previously handled real business or client social media accounts will be preferred.

- Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands social media, follows current trends, has strong content instincts, and can contribute ideas instead of only uploading posts. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
