Roles

· Assist in planning and executing social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

· Research trending topics, AI developments, industry news and content formats to identify opportunities.

· Create and coordinate reels, carousels, static posts, stories and short-form videos. Write engaging captions, hooks, post copy and basic scripts.

· Assist with content calendars and ensure timely publishing.

· Monitor social media performance including reach, views, engagement, followers and content performance.

· Track trends, competitors and relevant creators in the AI and technology space.

· Work with the design and content team to turn ideas into social-first creatives.

· Support campaigns, events, webinars and other marketing initiatives.

· Help repurpose long-form content, talks and presentations into social media content.

· Stay updated on AI tools, emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.

· Support basic reporting and share insights on what content is working and what can be improved.

Who We’re Looking For

· Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, Journalism or a related field.

· Solid interest in social media, AI, technology and digital marketing. Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Comfortable with Instagram and LinkedIn and understands what makes content engaging.

· Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas. Basic understanding of Canva, Instagram,



LinkedIn and video editing tools is preferred.

· Willingness to learn AI tools and experiment with new content formats. Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

· Experience managing a college, personal or brand social media page.

· Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.

· Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for content creation and research.

· Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.

· A portfolio of social media work, college projects, reels or personal content.
