We are hiring a Paid Social Media Marketing Intern in Kolkata who goes beyond generic content calendars and actually understands cultural context.

If your idea of social media is copy-pasting generic prompts into AI and scheduling basic graphics, this is not for you. We need an original thinker who writes sharp copy, digs into trends, and collaborates directly with our production crew.

What You’ll Do:

- Original Copywriting: Write compelling, human copy that drives engagement—no lazy AI fluff.
- On-Ground Collaboration: Coordinate with media and video teams, including occasional on-site and field visits.
- Trend & Audience Research: Spot emerging formats early and translate social analytics into actionable content strategies.
- Execution:



Manage timelines strictly and collaborate seamlessly with designers and strategists.

Requirements:

- Proven copywriting chops (portfolio/samples required).
- Fluency in English and Bengali (Hindi is a plus).
- Solid grip on social media metrics, platform algorithms, and analytics.
- Strong communication skills and absolute discipline with deadlines.
