Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi involves creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring audience interactions, and assisting in community management.

The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and trend research, and coordinate with the marketing team to align content with broader digital marketing initiatives.



Additional responsibilities include drafting captions, scheduling posts, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and student engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with an understanding of major platforms and their best practices.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, including audience targeting and campaign performance basics.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for online and internal collaboration.
- Ability to use basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing tools) and comfort working with analytics dashboards is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced environment in New Delhi.
- Interest in education, student success, and building an online community around learning and career guidance.
