Job Summary:

This role supports the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The role includes digital marketing, content coordination, market research, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities.
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
- Create and schedule marketing content for digital channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support branding and promotional events.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Maintain marketing databases and documentation.
- Assist in email marketing and lead generation activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Qualifications:

- 12th pass or graduate

Experience:





- Freshers only

Required Skills:

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time, office-based role.

Pay: ₹7000-10000per month
