Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging images, graphics, reels, short videos, stories, and other social media content.
- Edit videos and images using tools/apps such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
- Create content from concepts, scripts, raw images, and video footage.
- Develop creative captions, hashtags, and content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Research trending topics, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content styles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand products, services, campaigns, and promotions.
- Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand identity and communication style.
- Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports on reach, engagement, followers,



and content performance.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve engagement and visibility.
- 34 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience in video editing and image/graphic editing.
- Experience using Canva and CapCut or similar content creation/editing apps.
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts, Stories, posts, and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of content writing, captions, hashtags, and social media strategy.
- Positive creative and visual communication skills.
- Ability to independently create content from an idea/concept.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
