Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing Steadfast Nutrition’s presence across social media platforms. This role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating engaging content, and optimizing channels to build brand awareness and community engagement.

Manager monitors performance metrics, analyzes audience insights, and adjusts strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Daily tasks involve collaborating with marketing and design teams, responding to audience interactions, coordinating influencer or athlete partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create impactful, audience-focused campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage audiences, coordinate with internal teams, and manage external partners.
- Experience with analytics tools, campaign reporting, and basic knowledge of paid social advertising is beneficial.
- Familiarity with sports nutrition, wellness, or healthcare sectors, and experience working with influencers or athletes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a quick-paced, mission-driven environment.
