Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Social Media Manager role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing the content calendar, coordinating photo and video shoots in the studio, writing captions, optimizing posts, and responding to comments and messages. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, running social media campaigns, collaborating with marketing and operations teams,



and engaging with the fitness community both online and on-site.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience growing and engaging audiences on major platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities, including transparent, engaging copy tailored to fitness and community-focused messaging.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, with the ability to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to measure performance and refine strategies.
- Understanding of fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands, with the ability to translate studio experiences into compelling digital content.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in New Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams and creators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
