We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement, and social media marketing.

You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, coordinating with designers and content creators, and ensuring consistent growth and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients and brands.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Write and review captions, post copy, hooks, CTAs, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for content execution.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research current trends, hashtags, formats, and trending topics.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, and short-form videos.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyze key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and engagement.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.
- Work closely with the SEO, Performance Marketing, Design, and Content teams.
- Communicate with clients regarding content plans, approvals, performance, and requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
- Ability to identify and utilize social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and a strong sense of content quality.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Good to Have
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience in Meta Ads.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Experience in creating content strategies for B2B and B2C brands.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
