We are launching a new luxury brand in the Beauty, Salon & Skincare industry and are looking for a creative, dynamic and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team.

This is an opportunity to be part of a new brand launch from the ground up , take ownership of our digital presence, and play a key role in building the brand's online identity, audience and growth .

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience – Mandatory

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month , depending on experience and skills

Travel Requirement: The role will involve travel to multiple sites/locations for photoshoots, video shoots, campaigns, events and other business requirements. Candidates should be travel-friendly and comfortable working on-location .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute an effective Social Media Strategy for the brand.
- Conduct Keyword Research, Hashtag Research, Competitor Analysis and Trend Research to identify relevant topics and growth opportunities.
- Plan and manage the Social Media Content Calendar .
- Create, curate and publish engaging Social Media Content , including Reels, Videos, Posts, Stories and Carousels .
- Take ownership of Content Creation and develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Maintain a consistent and active presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms .
- Stay updated with Social Media Trends, Trending Audio, Viral Content Formats, Hashtags and Algorithms .
- Create content around Salon Services, Skincare Products, Product Launches, Offers, Events,



Campaigns and Customer Experiences .
- Coordinate and manage Photoshoots and Video Shoots at multiple locations as required.
- Work closely with Photographers, Videographers, Designers, Influencers and Content Creators .
- Identify and coordinate with relevant Influencers and Content Creators for collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day Community Engagement , including comments, direct messages and audience interactions.
- Monitor Reach, Engagement, Followers, Views, Website Traffic and other Social Media Performance Metrics .
- Prepare regular Social Media Performance Reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Maintain a consistent Brand Image, Brand Voice and Visual Identity across all digital platforms.
- Support Product Launches, Marketing Campaigns, Events and Promotional Activities .
- Continuously develop new and innovative content ideas to improve Brand Awareness, Engagement, Reach and Organic Growth .

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Social Media Management is mandatory.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills .
- Excellent Content Creation and Creative Thinking abilities.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms .
- Good knowledge of Social Media Trends, Algorithms, Hashtags and Audience Engagement .




- Understanding of Social Media Analytics and Performance Metrics .
- Strong understanding of Reels, Short-Form Video Content and Viral Content Strategies .
- Ability to independently plan, create, publish and manage social media content .
- Strong sense of Branding, Visual Presentation and Content Aesthetics .
- Travel-friendly and comfortable visiting different locations for shoots and campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently .
- Experience in Luxury, Beauty, Salon, Skincare, Fashion or Lifestyle Brands will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong Social Media Portfolio or previous work samples will be preferred.
