? Your Role:

- Strategically grow Pratibimb across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Build platform-specific growth and content distribution strategies
- Handle YouTube SEO, discoverability, titles, thumbnails, keywords & retention optimization
- Analyze insights, audience behavior, watch time & engagement patterns
- Help shape content direction from a growth + audience psychology perspective




- Work closely with editors, designers, writers & creative team
- Support growth strategy for associated brand/corporate storytelling projects as well

- Has experience in YouTube/Instagram growth & SEO
- Understands monetisation, retention & audience-building
- Thinks beyond trends and vanity metrics
- Understands emotionally driven storytelling content
- Can balance creativity with strategy
