Nine One Inc. is a Bengaluru-based event and artist management company working across live music, entertainment, artists, and events.

We work with artists and bands, manage events from concept to execution, and create experiences that connect artists with audiences. We’re looking for someone who can help us tell these stories better through content, photography, video, and social media.

? About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content & Social Media Manager who can take an idea, turn it into content, and make it work on social media.

This isn't a role where you'll only schedule posts.

We want someone who can think, shoot, edit, write, plan, publish, and manage .

You’ll work closely with our artists, event teams, and management to create content for:

? Live Shows & Events

? Behind-the-Scenes Content

? Reels & Short-Form Videos

? Nine One Inc.

? Instagram & Other Social Platforms

? What You'll Be Doing

- Plan and manage social media content calendars
- Create engaging content for artists, events, and the company
- Shoot photos and videos at events, rehearsals, gigs, and artist activities
- Edit reels, short-form videos, photos, and other social content
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and artist promotions
- Write captions, social copy, and content ideas
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing
- Track trends and identify content opportunities
- Monitor engagement and social media performance
- Coordinate with artists, event teams, photographers, designers, and external partners
- Build a consistent visual identity across our social platforms
- Capture the energy, personality,



and story behind our artists and events

? We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a solid understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and short-form content
- Can confidently handle a camera or smartphone to shoot good-quality content
- Has experience with video editing and photo editing
- Has a good eye for framing, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Understands what makes content engaging and shareable
- Can come up with ideas instead of waiting for instructions
- Is comfortable working in the fast-paced music and events industry
- Can work around event schedules, including occasional evenings/weekends
- Is organized and capable of managing multiple artists and projects
- Communicates well and enjoys working with creative people
- Follows social media trends and understands how platforms are evolving

Experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva , or similar tools is a plus.
