Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of experience to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in content strategy, campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.

- Create and manage engaging content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.

- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.

- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a solid online community.

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using social media analytics tools.

- Optimize content and campaigns based on data-driven insights.





- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management.

- Robust understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing concepts.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
