Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating and coordinating posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

The role also involves collaborating with the creative and strategy teams, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns to improve reach and conversions. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Kolkata, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and clients to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, craft, and adapt content for diverse audiences and channels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging audiences, collaborating with team members, and presenting campaign results.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is beneficial.
- A background in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with prior experience managing social media for brands or agencies, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects, and stay updated on social media trends and best practices is essential.
