About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, develop engaging content, and create high-performing campaigns for our clients and brands.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in creating content and campaigns that generate strong reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute creative social media campaigns.
- Develop strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create and manage high-performing social media campaigns.
- Identify trending topics, formats, and content opportunities.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other creative team members.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Analyse competitors and identify new opportunities for content and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithms.
- AI Tools & Prompt Writing: Should be able to effectively use AI tools for various social media and marketing activities, including campaign ideation, campaign planning, content strategy, copywriting, scriptwriting, content calendars, audience research, competitor analysis, trend research, and content optimisation.
- Should be capable of creating effective and detailed prompts to generate relevant campaign concepts, creative ideas, social media content, and marketing strategies.




- Should know how to refine and customise AI-generated outputs according to the brand, target audience, campaign objective, and communication style.
- Willingness to travel: Should be willing to travel for shoots, client requirements, and campaign-related activities whenever required.

Requirements
- Should have experience in creating and managing high-performing social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
- Copywriting: Should be able to write short, catchy, and engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, and marketing campaigns, including captions, headlines, hooks, taglines, and campaign copy.
- Scriptwriting: Should be able to write creative and engaging scripts for social media videos, reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and TVCs.
- Strong storytelling and creative conceptualisation skills.
- Good understanding of brand communication and target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Should be aware of current social media trends and capable of adapting content accordingly.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate new campaign ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous social media campaigns, copywriting, or scriptwriting work will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is an added advantage.
