Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to strengthen Gomu Gomu’s brand presence and support client projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, managing posting schedules, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role involves collaborating with designers, animators, and project leads to align social content with broader branding and campaign goals,



and engaging with online communities through timely responses and interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, requiring regular coordination with the studio team and participation in creative discussions.

Qualifications

- Social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Content strategy and planning skills to design effective social media calendars and align content with business objectives.
- Strong communication and writing skills to craft clear, engaging posts and community responses.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to collaborate with design and motion teams.
- Prior experience in a creative studio, agency, or digital marketing setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
