Social Media Manager – Full Time

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team full-time.

The role involves managing multiple social media platforms and taking ownership of content planning, creation, scheduling and day-to-day social media activities.

We’re looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting content, but about understanding the brand, its audience and creating a consistent presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social platforms
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars
- Create and schedule posts, Reels, Stories and other social content
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Research content ideas, trends and relevant topics
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual direction
- Monitor engagement and overall social media performance




- Suggest new content ideas and opportunities for growth
- Manage day-to-day publishing and ensure content goes live as scheduled

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and current social media formats
- Positive content writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of content strategy, trends and audience engagement
- Ability to plan and execute content independently
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines
- Proactive mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
