Social Media Manager

Going Highway Entertainers Pvt. Ltd. designs, builds and delivers exhibition stands and experiential technology for brands exhibiting at major trade shows in India and internationally. We're looking for a creative, organized Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and turn our project work into engaging content that builds brand visibility and leads.

You'll own our social channels end to end — planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing content that showcases our builds, events, and behind-the-scenes work.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories showcasing projects, events, and behind-the-scenes work.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to build reach, engagement, and leads.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategy based on data.
- Coordinate with the design and video team to source and repurpose content from live exhibition builds and events.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.




- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align social content with lead-generation goals.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business pages.
- Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic photo/video editing skills for quick-turnaround content (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong written English and a good eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to plan a content calendar and stick to it.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads).
- Interest in events, exhibitions, or B2B brand storytelling.
- Basic understanding of SEO and cross-promotion between social and website.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Compensation & Work Conditions Experience: 0–2 years / Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
