Role Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands social media beyond just posting content—someone who knows what's trending, what makes people stop scrolling, and how to create content that connects with parents looking to channel their children’s energy, curiosity, and creativity in meaningful ways.

The role involves building Curious Cub's social presence through engaging, trend-led, and brand-relevant content while continuously experimenting with new formats, ideas, and trends.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage Curious Cub's Instagram and social media presence.
- Stay updated with latest Instagram/social media trends, Reels, memes, sounds, and content formats. Also, Identify and adapt relevant trends to the Curious Cub brand.
- Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
- Develop engaging ideas for Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
- Identify, on-board,



and manage relevant influencers/creators for collaborations.
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, coordination, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Build and manage the affiliate/influencer network to drive incremental sales and growing affiliate revenue.
- Monitor social and influencer performance through reach, engagement, views, conversions, and revenue.
- Work closely with the design, video, and marketing teams for content execution.
- Track competitors and emerging trends across the kids, parenting, education, and D2C space.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or affiliate marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram/social media, influencer trends, and content performance.
- Commercial mind-set with an understanding of affiliate revenue, conversions, and ROI.
- Ability to identify creators who are not just relevant but can drive engagement and sales.
- Knowledge of Canva
