Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, and social media activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for creative content.
- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaign concepts.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Track and analyze social media performance, reach, engagement, leads, and growth.
- Prepare monthly social media reports and suggest improvements.
- Manage social media campaigns and coordinate with the performance marketing team.




- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Excellent content planning and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of hashtags, trends, reels, influencer marketing, and engagement strategies.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media management tools is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant social media marketing experience preferred.
