Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Social Media

Manager will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms, create and curate engaging content, and maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with BIBA’s ethnic fashion identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating photo and video shoots, writing captions and social copy, and collaborating with design, marketing, and merchandising teams. The role involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing insights, optimizing campaigns,



and managing community interactions such as comments, messages, and customer queries.

The Social Media

Manager will also support influencer collaborations, social media advertising, and brand campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media strategy, campaign planning, and platform management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Content creation abilities, including copywriting, basic graphic design or creative briefing, and short-form video ideation.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, brand positioning, and engagement tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand tone.
- Proven experience managing social media for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Indian ethnic fashion trends and an interest in fashion, culture, and storytelling.
