-Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager /Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven experience managing social media platforms, building brand presence, and driving engagement through compelling content.

This is one role for someone who can both plan the content and create it. If you are used to handling a brand's page end to end — idea, shoot, edit, post, reply — this is for you.

-Responsibilities

Content strategy

Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.

Creative storytelling

Conceptualise, shoot and edit engaging posts, reels and stories that reflect our luxury Ayurvedic ethos.

Content production

Create product demonstrations, routines, tutorials and UGC-style content — independently, from shoot to publish.

Community engagement

Respond to comments and messages promptly, and nurture customer relationships & support.

Analytics tracking

Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for reach and conversions. Share a easy monthly report.

Trend integration

Stay updated with 2026-ready trends — AI tools, AR, sustainability, omnichannel — and apply them creatively without diluting a premium tone.

Collaboration

Work closely with our design,



marketing and creator/YouTuber partners to ensure cohesive brand communication.

What We're Looking For

-Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of social media management experience
- Beauty, skincare, wellness or D2C experience preferred
- A portfolio, showreel or brand pages we can review

-Creative skills

- Can independently shoot, edit and publish content
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Comfortable shooting on phone or DSLR with natural light
- Good with CapCut, VN, Premiere, Canva or Photoshop
- Strong eye for premium and luxury aesthetics
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required Strategic & communication skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Skilled in copywriting, visual storytelling and analytics tools
- Understands content hooks, storytelling and consumer behaviour
- Good Communications skill - English; Hindi or Marathi a plus
