We replaced the interview with a test. It's called The Clip Draft.
How it works
Step 1. Go to Aditya Kachave's YouTube Podcast, pick any unclipped long-form video, and use that as source video.
Step 2. You have 7 days. Submit through the Google Form (https://forms.gle/ToxoexmGr3BSkEDk6):
A) At least one finished viral potential reel (More is better).
B) A 30-day scaling plan: how you take a new Be10x clips account from 0 views a day to 1 million views a day. You'll have a team of clippers to manage.
Step 3. Our panel shortlists the top 10 reels.
Step 4. All 10 go live on a brand recent Be10x clips account, credited to you. Same account, same week,
zero followers. Nobody's audience helps. Only the clip.
Step 5. After 7 days the numbers lock. Views, watch time, sends. The algorithm has the final word.
Winner will get 20000 INR cash prize. Top 10 finalist will get interviewed for full time job role. If you've done 5 million views on a clip and nobody knows your name, this is for you.
