About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our social media presence.

You’ll be working in-house, capturing what’s happening at our store, showcasing our timber and projects, creating content, managing our social platforms and engaging with our audience.

What You’ll Do

- Shoot photos and videos of products, projects and day-to-day activity
- Create and edit Reels, Stories, posts and short-form videos
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Respond to DMs, comments and customer enquiries




- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Come up with fresh content ideas and creative concepts
- Stay updated with relevant social-media trends
- Track content performance and improve what we put out

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation preferred
- Solid understanding of Instagram and short-form video
- Good photography and videography skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative eye and strong sense of storytelling
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently
- Someone who is comfortable being on the floor, talking to people and finding stories/content

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone creative, hands-on and willing to take ownership of building the brand online.
