About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, posts, reels, and campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry updates.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and leads.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze insights and optimize content based on performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills





- Robust understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other content creation tools.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate insights.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Freshers with relevant skills, internships, or a strong portfolio may also be considered.
